What’s Happening At TriVersity: Halloween Edition!

Happy Thursday, Fam! We’ve got an action-packed week coming up and we hope you’re as excited as we are. Some quick housekeeping announcements before we dive into the week.

Center hours are shifting starting next week. They will now take place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 – 5pm.

The “Mask”erade Ball for ALL!

Trick or Treat, Come Out and Meet!

The Big Day is Almost Upon Us!!!!

On Saturday, October 30th from 7 – 11 pm, Catskills Pride and TriVersity proudly present to you The “Mask”erade Ball for All at the Best Western Inn at Hunt’s Landing! There will be friends, food, fun, raffles, a costume contest, music spun by DJ Jazzie Elle and a very special performance from the sublime Mimi Sashimi.

First Friday at the Waterwheel featuring Gayle Donnelly!

On Friday, November 5th at 8 pm, First Friday is back for another installment at the Waterwheel! This month’s featured musical guest is the oh-so-talented Gayle Donnelly! (Have you noticed? Any guest/performer always has a fabulous adjective before their name.)

Due to COVID restrictions, attendance is limited to 30 and RSVP is required. Just message and let us know that you’re planning to attend. Proof of COVID Vaccination is required to attend.

The Waterwheel also asks that you reserve a spot with them as well. Their number is 570-296-2383. If sitting at a table, you will be required to order food from either their dinner menu or bar menu. If you aren’t looking for full-on dinner, they have wonderful appetizers!

Cost of Admission is $10.

Our friends at Delaware Valley Action are hosting a terrific panelist at their next meeting. On Wednesday, Nov. 10th 6 – 7:30 pm at the Waterwheel Cafe or on Zoom, Dr. Amy Eshleman will share her study of gender and white privilege. She is on the faculty at Wagner College and is co-author of two books, “Seeing White: An Introduction to White Privilege and Race” and “ Seeing Straight: An Introduction to Gender and Sexual Privilege”.
